with all the spring runways, sometimes i forget that fall is coming. and then i remember and get so excited i could burst. i love the transitional seasons more than anything. i can't imagine living somewhere that was all one-or-the-other without the beautiful in-between smells and colours and layers... my heart is open and ready for the shifting air and all of the crispness. i can't wait. i am scrubbing at this damned summer-skin tan, trying to get myself back to the paleness i love so much.

lambs! lamb-wear. and drop-crotch pants i can get behind. and just the right amount of 'box'. and tubes of dresses i could slink about quite happily and glamorously in. and of course, the falconer/electrician glove thing that i love so much.

i am too tired to say much. so. brickwork colour and fur and lovely silouhettes. i do love this collection.

and that knit - the black and white, salt and pepper - reminds me of mom's sweater with that silver zipper.
