no need to panic

not to be hyperbolic, but, um, the casting for the louis vuitton pre-fall is THE GREATEST CASTING IN THE HISTORY OF TIME! except for maybe that girl for alexander mcqueen pre-fall... okay fine. i loved her a LOT.

pre-fall is sure making me capslock a lot this year. jeepers!

so. all three of these girls are just so bang on perfect. and. the hair! all tucked in. and the eyes! and the lips! you get my drift. well put-together from beginning to end. full concept fulfillment. good work.

and i think i might have actually thrown up just a little when i saw the second dress below. (thrown up with love.) with the grey and the sequin and the layers and the white. and the fading into yellow/gold. it is tears-worthy. museum-worthy. giving-up-your-first-born-worthy. (remember when i said 'not to be hyperbolic'? i think i've done a good job of that, yeah? perfectly non-hyperbolic, this post.)

finally. fur collars. that is all. look and love.

Okay, yes, some nice stuff there. But, again, the blonde? She is a child! She looks like a little kid in her mom's clothes! Which does not make me want those clothes. Seriously. It's getting stupid now.

mmm, see i disagree on that one. i really like her... (i looked her up, frida aasen, and she's 17/18. so yes. young.) but i love her baby-doll round face in this context. and i think she looks older than she is. but that's coming from a me who sees an awful lot of young young girls in this industry. maybe i'm getting de-sensitized.
