this is an extra special feminist friday cause it is ALSO a spring collection post, and NOT in a 'ugh, fashion, why you such an assssshole?!' way. amazing, right?

oh, oh. if i could be at one fashion show this year. just one. this. rick owens. something remarkable happened. my twitter, my instagram, all the fashion-internets was exploding the day of this show. people were so excited. moved. my heart aches from all the joy of this show. there are shots of the dancers backstage after crying. please let us see more like this on the runway. these bodies are so strong. so amazing.

rick owens worked with choreographers lauretta malloy noble and leeanet noble. the dancers are from four stepping troops: the washington divas, soul steppers, the momentums, the zetas.
