I curious as to the nature of the distinction between shoots that happen with fancy/interesting/crazy backgrounds/sets/settings and ones that just have white screen in back. Are these two different kinds of things? Why? How?
I'm not qualified to comment on the fashion; however, I think she could use some posture lessons.
the pre-fall campaigns are like mini collections that sort of lead into the bigger fall campaigns. a working up of ideas... and so they're shot less like runways usually but also not like an advertising campaign. so then it is a matter of what they want to say with the collection... what story they're telling. they have a bit of freedom in the format. i always prefer the pre-fall shows because there are more sort of mood-shots with sets and and stories. FUN! right? white screen-shots are more standard in terms of showing things celarly - studio-style... but aren't always the right feel for the collections. does that make the sense?
